		<description>For me, it&#039;s moments like those that make all of our training and hard work worthwhile.

One of my Sensei&#039;s recently made a comment about how, when we are moving backward doing our kihon or kata, we can feel a wall or person behind us even though we do not see them.  I understood it as the air behind us becoming thicker and being able to feel it before we hit the wall or someone else.</description>
