Our Dojang
The martial arts dojang (dojo, school) where I train,
Oak Mountain Martial Arts, is part of a worldwide organization. And all of us karate-ka trace our martial arts lineage back at least 2,000 years.
It's the lineage, this tradition, on which we base our training and philosophy.
The techniques have evolved throughout the years, influenced by political and geographic climates. And the evolution has always been on top of the undercurrent of ancient tradition.
